- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You may not share your account or impersonate any other person or entity.
4. Use of the Platform
- Users may access learning materials, participate in community discussions, book sessions, or engage with educators where available.
- Tutors may offer lessons, educational content, or guidance through the Platform.
- All users agree to maintain Islamic etiquette (adab), respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
5. Payments and Fees
- Certain features or services may require payment, which will be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- Payments must be made in advance where applicable to access paid services.
- Tutors or educators receive payouts based on agreed commission and payout schedules.
- Any applicable service fees or deductions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the service or educator.
- Missed sessions without proper notice may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
7. Code of Conduct
- Users must not post or share offensive, harmful, or un-Islamic content.
- Educational content and discussions should align with mainstream Islamic principles unless otherwise stated.
- Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or misconduct may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Platform content, including branding, text, media, and software, is owned by Ummah Al Deen or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Ummah Al Deen is not responsible for personal disputes, disagreements, or dissatisfaction between users.
- The Platform acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or community experiences.
10. Privacy
- Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
- We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.
- Users may request account deletion by contacting support.
12. Modifications
